normal pace......they continue the intro for another15 seconds or so as trey
steps up to the mic......he looks around...assesses the situation.....give a
small smirk......and begins: "passing through a corridor, i came upon an aging
knight, who leaned against the wall in knarly (sp?) armor."
just think about the "wilson, wilson, wilson." and then when they break into
it. "he said i come from the land of darkness, he said i come from the land of
doom, he said i come from the land of gamehendge and land of big babboon!!"
god, it gives me shivers-
write back with comments and add me to the list of votes-

Hey! I'm selling my NAD 6240 single tape-deck for around $100. I bought it
for aprox. $300 5 years ago. It runs like new and sounds great. It's got
Dolby B&C, Normal/chrome/metal tape selector, and some other minor
features. Very basic, yet sounds really great. If intersted E-mail me.. -BEN

There's one thing we all have to admit about the 12/29 show: it's causing quite
it, for the simple reason that it is so completely unique. Everyone with a
serious intent of documenting the Phish experience should have this in their
personal vault.
The one thing I haven't heard much of is any notation of the cause for that
"Lassie Jam." As I recall, on the 29th NBC aired a special entitled: "Lassie's
200th (Dog Year) Anniversary" which encapsulated Lassie's career-- along with
his (her?) various incarnations of mixed gender. My brother and I much prefered
Phish's tribute to NBC's.
Had to throw my $0.10 in on this one-- now I'll go back to lurking.
Timmy.
T: "what do you call the top of a house, Lassie?"
L: "ruff."

Hi everybody!
Well, sad as I am to say, I've decided to unsubscribe for now. It
seems that Hungary has really limited Internet lines, and I feel
guilty hogging 'em. Anyway, volume around here has exponentially
increased beyond my interest and time. (ahem, substance? :-)
But, since I've been a dedicated 'netter for the past few years, I
feel badly making a concious decision to cut out of here. It's been
fun, folks. Big hugs to all of the nice people I've traded tapes and
Phish stories with over the past three years, and especially to those
who have become personal friends of mine. (You know who you are!)
It's tough to live in a Phish-less country, let's see if I can do
without the 'net, too! Augh!
I'll be pokin' in every once in a while, for sure. 'Til next time...
peace love happiness & phish --Jen

I just bought a new Nakamichi DR3 and am retaping over 30 tapes for
everyone Ive set up trades with. Please try to be M-E-L-L-O-W and patient
and you will get your tapes. If you just cant wait, I can high speed dubb
them, but theyll sound like crap. Thanks for the great confidence
booster. Im a busy person who has little free time. I do what I can.
Also, STOP SENDING LOW QUALITY TAPES LIKE XLII!!!! People cant seem to
read my list carefully enough to notice the CAPS and UNDERLINED stuff.
anyway, sorry to offend anyone. Ive been reliable to many others, but
they dont seem to write to the NET to set the truth straight.
Peace and love to all who are kind and mellow.
